Juke4ME ("we", "our", "the service") operates the collaborative jukebox at juke4.me, app.juke4.me, play.juke4.me and admin.juke4.me. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Using the jukebox requires no account and no personal information. When you scan a QR code at a venue, we store only a temporary device identifier so your song requests and votes are counted. We do not collect your name, email address or location.
Venue managers access the admin dashboard with an account created by the venue owner. We process the contact details you provide (name, email, venue information) solely to operate your jukebox and communicate with you about the service.
Song requests, votes and playlists are stored to operate the jukebox. Music playback uses YouTube as the audio source; your requests are processed by our servers, not shared with third parties for advertising.
The mobile app is a progressive web app. It uses local browser storage to remember your device and your session. We do not use advertising trackers.
Queue data is kept while a venue uses the service. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of data related to your venue account.

The jukebox is provided for lawful entertainment use at participating venues. You agree not to use the service to request unlawful content, to disrupt the service, or to interfere with other users' experience.
Venue managers are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The venue owner is responsible for the music played at their establishment.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
